Our Winter newsletter is finally here, wrapping up the last three months of 2023 🗓.
🌎 As usual, we update you on the status of novel food applications in the EU, as well as any UK updates, plus give you the lowdown of other significant regulatory/food safety news from around the world.
💡The highlight of this short and sweet edition is hearing about the key takeaways from the SFA and FAO round table discussion that our CEO- Dr Hannah Lester- took part in during Singapore International Agri-Food Week at the end of October. The purpose of the discussion was to see what the participants agreed would make a perfect dossier and data set for cultivated meat/seafood and what data should remain confidential.
